Salmon - Typeface Design

The objective of this project was to create a typeface from scratch using Illustrator and FontForge. There was no guidelines other than to create your own typeface.

My objectives in the project were to carry over the aesthetic from vintage Alaska Outdoors magazines. I tried to take many different qualities from each one I found to make the perfect, vintage outdoors typeface.
